File a Complaint
To file a complaint with the ACLU
of Indiana, please email your information to:

PLEASE NOTE:

The ACLU
accepts cases only where civil liberties have been violated by a
government entity.

The ACLU of
Indiana does not accept complaints from third parties on behalf of an
injured party.

Complaints
must be received directly from the injured party whose constitutional
rights have been violated.

Who the complaint is against (the name of the government entity)

The details of your situation resulting in your complaint
Our legal staff responds to every complaint filed on an
