The ACLU of Indiana supports HB 1017 and SB 138 which would allow undocumented Hoosier students who attended high school, graduated from a public school in Indiana and have a pending DACA case to pay in-state tuition at Indiana’s public colleges and universities. 92,000 undocumented immigrants call Indiana home and 60% have lived in Indiana over 10 years.
