Protect the Rights of LGBTQ Hoosiers
Learn more about anti-LGBTQ legislation in the Indiana legislature.
During the 2023 legislative session, Indiana lawmakers launched an unprecedented attack on LGBTQ Hoosiers. More than 20 bills were introduced were part of a coordinated, hate-driven campaign to push LGBTQ people, particularly trans youth, out of public life.
We will continue to use every tool at our disposal to defend LGBTQ rights in Indiana. LGBTQ people belong everywhere, including in our state and we will not stand for hateful legislation.
