SCOTUS CLE

Summary

Join the ACLU of Indiana for our annual Supreme Court Review and Preview CLE, covering major decisions from the most recent term and key cases ahead. The course offers 6 hours of CLE credit at no cost for legal professionals and current law students.

This year’s program will examine the most recent U.S. Supreme Court term, including major decisions involving the First Amendment, voting rights, immigration, the Second Amendment, transgender rights, and other civil liberties issues. We’ll also look at the continued role of the Court’s emergency, or “shadow,” docket and preview significant cases ahead.

Registration is limited to legal professionals and current law students.
