The ACLU of Indiana will host a virtual briefing on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox, and what the decision means for transgender students, schools, and civil rights protections here in Indiana.

Legal Director Ken Falk and Advocacy Manager Danielle Drake will discuss the ruling, Indiana’s existing ban on transgender girls participating in girls’ school sports, and what questions remain for students, families, schools, and advocates.
