The Director of Philanthropy and Strategic Partnerships serves as the organization's senior fundraising strategist and relationship builder, leading efforts to secure the philanthropic investments necessary to advance the ACLU of Indiana's advocacy, litigation, public education, and organizational priorities.

The Director of Communications leads the ACLU of Indiana’s overall communications strategy and serves as the organization’s senior communications strategist. In close partnership with leadership, this role ensures that advocacy, litigation, policy, and public education efforts are communicated in ways that are timely, compelling, accessible, and aligned with the ACLU of Indiana’s mission and strategic goals.

The Staff Attorney supports the ACLU of Indiana’s litigation work by developing and litigating cases under supervision. The role provides structured mentorship, increasing responsibility, and meaningful courtroom experience.
