Josh presently serves as a Staff Attorney with the ACLU of Indiana. Josh earned his B.A. in political science from Wabash College, and his J.D. in 2019 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Josh spent a summer as a legal intern with the ACLU of Indiana, and is excited to return to ACLU-IN and his home state after half of a decade in Washington, DC. Josh began his legal career at the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He later spent four years at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression where he litigated First Amendment free expression cases for a diverse array of clients. In his free time, Josh loves cycling, walking around the city with his wife and daughter, and watching baseball.
