This case challenges the failure of Tippecanoe County to allow the plaintiff group to have a rally on the grounds of the County Courthouse. The Court recently issued a preliminary injunction decision in our favor and Tippecanoe County appealed. The Seventh Circuit affirmed the decision and the case is pending.
