ACLU filed a lawsuit on behalf of an Indianapolis journalist who was banned from attending Attorney General Rokita’s press conferences, in violation of the First Amendment. 

The ACLU of Indiana today filed a lawsuit on behalf of Pendleton Heights High School Gay-Straight Alliance claiming that the school has imposed undue, unequal burdens on the student group. 

The ACLU of Indiana has filed a lawsuit against City of Franklin Mayor Steve Barnett for blocking an individual from the Mayor’s Facebook page.
