Constitution Day is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United Sates Constitution. It is observed on September 17, the day the U.S. Constitutional Convention signed the Constitution in 1787. 

CONSTITUTION DAY ON THE CIRCLE

The ACLU of Indiana, along with volunteers and key community partners, will be handing out 1,000 pocket Consitutions at Monument Circle and surrounding downtown areas Monday, September 17, 2018, 11:45 - 1:00.
