If passed, HB 1531 will require local governments and Indiana businesses to reallocate resources to ineffective immigration detention and surveillance programs.

If passed, HB 1158 would strip Indiana counties of their discretionary power, forcing all county sheriffs to participate in a costly, time-consuming federal program.

By creating driver cards, these bills would establish a system that increases the number of drivers in our state who have been tested and who are registered and insured. As a result, our roads will be safer.

This bill would require every local and state law enforcement officer in Indiana to inappropriately stand in for federal immigration officers.

These bills would remove the barrier for students who attended high school in Indiana from paying in-state tuition at the state’s public colleges and universities simply because they are undocumented.
