Voter Registration (SB 10)
SB 10 seeks to solve a problem that doesn’t exist. Indiana law already ensures that only citizens vote, and there is no evidence of widespread voter registration — much less voting — by noncitizens.

Early Voting (SB 284)
We oppose this bill because it would make voting harder, not easier. At a time when voter turnout in Indiana is among the lowest in the nation, elected officials should be focused on increasing opportunities for voting, not taking them away.
