Hope Bowie joined the ACLU of Indiana's advocacy team in 2025. With a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, she has experience in a variety of project and development roles—previously serving as a Peace Corps volunteer educator in rural Namibia, managing grants and sponsorship with two NE Indiana arts organizations, and as a project coordinator and development officer with the ACLU of Illinois. In addition to their advocacy work, Hope enjoys native plant gardening, kayaking, writing, print-making and art-making in a number of mediums.
