In 2008 an employer involved in the construction of the I-69 Project sought a workplace violence restraining order against a group of environmental protesters. ACLU of Indiana represent the protesters in an effort to support their First Amendment rights. We have filed for summary judgment and it was denied and interlocutory appeal was denied.
