This case challenges the failure of the City of Brazil to maintain accessible sidewalks in violation of the ADA. After a settlement was approved, ACLU of Indiana filed Contempt since it was alleged the City did not comply. ACLU of Indiana entered a new settlement which the City did not comply with and we again sought Contempt. The matter is once again resolved and we are monitoring.
