This 2015 case challenged then-Governor Mike Pence’s  “suspension” of the resettlement of Syrian refugees in Indiana. The district court granted our request for a preliminary injunction which the State appealed. The case was argued in the Seventh Circuit in September and the Court ruled in plaintiff’s favor and the matter has been remanded back to the district court.
