SB 10 seeks to solve a problem that doesn’t exist. Indiana law already ensures that only citizens vote, and there is no evidence of widespread voter registration — much less voting — by noncitizens.

If passed, HB 1158 would strip Indiana counties of their discretionary power, forcing all county sheriffs to participate in a costly, time-consuming federal program.
Unlawful Encroachment (HB 1122)
This bill seeks to add guardrails around when a police officer can move witnesses back 25-feet from an active crime scene.
Use of Public Restrooms (HB 1342)
This bill unfairly targets and criminalizes transgender Hoosiers by making it a misdemeanor for them to use the restroom consistent with their gender identity.

Anti-Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Legislation (SB 289, SB 235)
This bill increases the administrative burden for some nondiscrimination programs at state agencies and public schools and universities. It also prohibits agencies and schools from requiring certain kinds of trainings.
