We previously represented the plaintiff, a prisoner, in a federal case that resulted in a private settlement agreement allowing him and other Eastern Orthodox adherents at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility to meet for worship and study. This case alleges that defendants have breached that agreement and ACLU of Indiana is seeking its enforcement.
