Supreme Court Sends Two Indiana Abortion Cases Back for Review

The U.S. Supreme Court issued orders today, granting two petitions for certiorari regarding Indiana abortion restrictions, vacating the lower court decisions and sending the cases back down for further review.

ACLU of Indiana Sues Fort Wayne for Use of Chemical Weapons on Protesters

Individuals protesting police brutality, today sued the City of Fort Wayne and the Allen County Sheriff to immediately stop the use of chemical agents and projectiles on protesters. The lawsuit seeking an injunction and damages was filed by the ACLU of Indiana.

ACLU of Indiana and Indy10 Seek Court Order Barring Use of Chemical Weapons on Protesters

Protesters who were attacked with tear gas and other weapons by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) while demonstrating against police brutality sued the City of Indianapolis today to immediately stop the use of chemical agents and projectiles on protesters.
