We previously represented the plaintiff, a prisoner, in a federal case that resulted in a private settlement agreement allowing him and other Eastern Orthodox adherents at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility to meet for worship and study.

Kemp v. Commissioner

This is an action by two Jewish prisoners who were at a facility that provided both a kosher diet and services. The prisoners were transferred to another institution with a kitchen the Indiana Department of Corrections (DOC) characterizes as kosher so they could continue their kosher diets.
